I know that health can take many forms and means something different to everyone, from getting out the house or not feeling out of breath when you run up the stairs through to running an ultramarathon or completing an Iron Man. The common thing with all of them though is that I have helped them fall in love with their health and fitness and helped to support their ambition.

In an industry a bit too keen to focus on quick fixes and overnight transformations I take an approach focussed on establishing the right habits and mindset to make goals a reality.
